When do we get paid?
IOS Completed a survey a few years ago regarding preferred payment dates, it has been established as a 4 week payment period as this allows the employee to manage their monthly outgoings.
What hours are available?
As many or as little as you wish, IOS welcomes Full and Part time applicants.
What locations will work available?
IOS currently supplies staff within the Care Sector throughout the UK.
When do I get my timesheets in?
It is the responsibility of the employee to submit their timesheet on a weekly basis by 12pm every Monday without fail.
Is training provided?
Yes, IOS also have a training company and provide all mandatory training that you will need.
Do I need to pay for my DBS check?
Yes, All staff need to have a current DBS check through IOS, unless they have a portable DBS check.
Do I need Experience?
Yes, all applicants need to have a minimum 6 month paid care experience

What is the pay rate?
The pay rate is dependent on time, day, job role and the client worked for.
